Spectres Do Not Generate Consecrated Ground While Affected By Zealotry

You and nearby allies have a 10% chance to create Consecrated Ground on Hitting a Rare or Unique Enemy, lasting 8 seconds

This stuff is not happening.

Can someone confirm this?

Well, I have seen the consecrated ground effect sporadically, but honestly, I think it's bugged and doesn't work as it should. There have been a lot fights where I have looked for the ground and it's just not there. And it's like, how's that possible when there were lots of rares slaughtered.

I have not seen any consecrated ground so far.
