two people from same internet address

Can someone help me please,
I have two seperate beta keys , have used one on my desktop
and the other on my wifes laptop,so that we can play online together . when wify tries to join the beta ,get message saying account cannot be verified , as another account is using this internet address.
Is there any way around this please ?

Apparently Path of Exile servers dont work with NAT internet routers or just dont support multiple connections from the same IP. I dont know any way to work around that. This was never a problem in Diablo 2 for instance. You should write directly to the PoE support team I guess. Or try and get a refund for one of you beta keys.

Nah you can play using the same IP. I bought my daughter a Beta key aswell and the other day we were playing for like 4 hours nonstop together, in the same house, same internet. So its not that. Not too sure what it is though :S

My wife and i are also playing on the same ip. No problems at all.

Same here. Works just fine. Blocking multiple accounts from the same IP would make absolutely no sense whatsoever.
