Haunted Remains Delve Broken

I just ran a Haunted Remains delve and it wont complete. I also ran this same delve before the 3.8.0c and it was also broken at that time.

There seems to be a rare which yeets itself through walls in a straight line away from me in this encounter which probably causes it to not finish. It's a larger ghost, yellow outline, can't damage it when it jsut flies away.
