Mouse Buttons, No Movement

My mouse buttons suddenly to not work for movement, etc. and only in Path of Exile.

Yesterday, it was not allowing me to use my newly added Cyclone. Today, the buttons do not move me at all.

Options Menu Works
Microtransactions Work
Help Works

However, my character is stuck in place in town.

I've checked my drivers, updates, unplugged and replugged my mouse, a Razer Basilisk. I also play via Nvidia Shield TV GeForce Experience Gamestream and use a logitech wireless mouse. Both worked fine up until a day or so ago. I also tried swapping the Basilisk for an HP mouse with no change. I also tried the mice in a different USB port.

I've closed every other program running except Steam which I play through. I've rebooted. I uninstalled Path of Exile and re-installed it.

While it's not a big deal if it works again when Blight releases, I'd like to be sure. I would appreciate any ideas.

you can select that the left mouse button is "move only". Did you do this ?

If you have skills on all buttons, then you properly selected "always attack without moving" so remove that....

If you make a new character is it affected too?

If you have an active skill assigned to left mouse button check if the skill isn't set to "attack in place".
