Game Lags Since Betrayal Season

Hi, since the end of Betrayal League my game started lagging like crazy and my fiends have the same problems.I accepted it and went with it but now its really annoying and to a point where its unplayable. i did spent alot of Money into this game so id like to be helped so i can keep playing. Else this is just a waste of time for me and id like a refund and if that means account deletion i dont care anymore.

i tryed those things but im pretty sure its not on my side since alot of ppl with different pc setups and bandwith (mine 150mbit) have the same problem....

I am 99% sure that you can't get a refund because you don't like the performens of the game anymore, but even so GGG will never answer questions like that on the forum because they only handle account / payment support via e-mail directly to GGG support.
