Game crash at broken bridge

Okay so im at merciless and cant do the deal with the bandits quest because every time i walk on the bridge to the bandit it crash and it doesn't show any error it just stops and start searching for a problem but don't find one, and i have tried the patch check and search on forum but haven't found anything

the thing is that the problem didn't exist when i was playing on normal or on cruel but sometime after i made it through cruel and tried to help other through the quest it started to crash and the game never crashes except on broken bridge some times when im on it and if im lucky i can start fight and then it crash

what might be the problem? have anyone else had the same problem?
