Cannot complete alva temporal incursions

Hi,
in a map i encountered Alva. During the first incursion, i died. I could make the second incursion, but impossible to go to the third, Alva do not give me the possibility to enter it. If i leave and enter the map again, no change but a message telling me to finish Alva's quest. The quest's log tell me that i have complete 2/3 temporal incursions.
