For the ultimate necrotic outfit, use a combination of the Necrotic Armour Set with the Necrotic Hood and the Necrotic Cloak or Necrotic Wings. Alternatively, you can wear the Viper Armour Set, which also fits the necrotic theme quite right thanks to its colours. Finish the look by applying the Wasteland Sword with the Pestilence Weapon Effect to your weapon and the Pestilence Character Effect.
