How to Report Trade Scams

First of all, please understand that my English skills are not enough.
This thread is look for the way for report the scams.

0. I look for Trading my 460 ALT orbs to 100 Chaos orbs.

1. I requested a transaction to exchange 100 CHAOS ORBs with 460 ALT I have.

2. I knew he(or she?) had another waiting list besides me, so I rushed to complete the trade.
Instantly, I accepted the trade because I mistook CHAOS as 20 for a bunch.
Yeah. I know. On the contrary,I'm a beginner on this game.

3. I got my mistake and asked the seller for ALT refund or the remaining CHAOS payment, but after the initial 'Oh' response, I received no reply, no refund or payment.

In this situation, What can I do for refund my currency?

(Losing 50CHAOS may seem like nothing to anybody, but it is worth it to feel like a very empty feeling for me as a beginner.)
