SRS: advice needed for gemming

Currently I have SRS as main damage on a 6L (*not using Volatile Dead). It has the following gems supporting...
Melee Physical Minion Damage Minion Speed Maim Unleash I am about to replace one of those with an Empower. Questions: What level does Empower have to be to begin outclassing one of the above? And which gem should I lose for it? (I'm assuming it'll be either Maim or Minion Speed?) Many thanks! Did you know level 91 is the halfway point to level 100? This means that a softcore character dying ONCE at level 85+ can lose many days of progress. Last bumped on Jul 23, 2019, 6:42:09 AM

Maim. Never remove Minion Speed. And always aim for Empower lvl 3 or 4. Preferably 4. Lvl 2 is almost never worth it, on any build.

Alternately...you could try funny, by switching your build into a Tavukai variant. :-)

I was thinking about Tavu. Any advice for going in that direction?
