Not as far as i am aware, chat is global, and not segregated by region/language unless someone makes a channel for it...which seems pointless given that it's English they speak

There are a few big AU/NZ guilds I know of, perhaps try finding one for yourself? A good one can certainly enhance your gaming experience.
