Missing upgrade to premium stash tab?

When I wanted to buy premium stash tab in my shop I had an information near "Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab" that I already own one - so I decided to buy regular stash tab instead, and then upgrade it. But when I bought one regular tab, the option to upgrade disappeared and I have to buy one. So the question is - did just some sort of a bug "consumed" my upgrade? Or the information was wrong in the first place and I didn't have one?

If you're seeing an Already Owned flag like this one:

 - on the Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab selection, it likely means that you have no normal stash tabs on your Path of Exile account that can be upgraded! Purchasing an Extra Stash Tab should remove this flag but if you're after a Premium Stash Tab, purchasing one outright is the better option.
