Unticking "Hide Characters" does not work

I have unticked every checkbox at the privacy settings page but I can't see anything in my Characters tab on the website. Because of this, I can't use third party softwares like exilence. How do I get it to work?

first you "check" all the boxes and select save.
After that, you "uncheck" all the boxes and select save, then all should work properly. |

I can see your characters tab, but since you have no characters, it means you're logged to the forum with another account. I guess you're a Steam player, did you log in by just typing your e-mail and password or by clicking that green button that said "Steam" first?

" No, I made the account within the POE client I downloaded from this website and I logged in with the same account details I created there gg. And I have 4 characters in the game but they do not show up on my Characters tab in the website :( |

I'd double check to see if you're logging into the correct account as Iangyratu's mentioned. Try logging out of this account and back in using the same email address you use to play Path of Exile with.
If you're getting an Invalid Login error or something similar, try using the lost password tool with the same email. If that doesn't help, contact us at support@grindinggear.com and we'll see what's up. :) |
