Market seems broken

I keep trying to make an offer on the market and it keeps going back as if I'm still preparing the offer then says that I have made an offer too recently.

Does this happen with all items? If not it means the item you are trying to buy is no longer available.

I queued up some orbs of alteration and I've tried to submit offers on a bunch of them but I always get kicked back to preparing.

I removed the alteration offers and now I can make offers again.

Ah sorry i misunderstood, the problem probably is/was that you can't have more than 10 offers at the same time
