Isn't this possible already? You can link your freezing pulse to a Cold to Fire support, then use a weapon such as The Consuming Dark to turn fire damage into chaos damage. You can top it off with an Add Lightning support and there you have it, technically Rainbow Freezing Pulse.
I'm not sure how to make it LOOK more rainbowy, but there you can make your enemies FEEL the power of the Rainbow Freezing Pulse. |
