Waypoints not working

in town have world map up and several waypoints activated, run mouse over them and description box comes up, try to click on waypoint but nothing happens. Is there an issue with waypoints or am I doing something wrong?

Don't open the map.
Go to the waypoint in town and interact with it. I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
