You can create level 28 PvP-only Scions to check your jewels' mods in each spot. Chances that someone has a jewel with the exact number you gave are relatively low, and chances they visit this foum thread are lower. Unless there's an app/website to check jewel mods faster, and a database... I don't know of any.
