This is intentional, for both of these areas, to prevent you farming the bosses!

Aha, that was one of the things I was figuring out, asked about if it was intentional or unintentional to *********** (in party, ggg team) to not loose time in posting it but didn't get an answer. I felt like ignored, really. He kept answering players questions in the global chat. lol
