Client crashes when quest item appears

I killed the weaver and my client crashes. Not sure if it is when i try to pick up wicked spear, or when it drops. Either way, i would like to kill the spider once and for all...

Does this happen every time? If so, I would suggest running Pack Check, as the Spear file may have become corrupted on your content.ggpk. Just find the Pack Check thread at the top of the Bug Reports forum!

How long does check usually take?

It shoudn't take more than 10 minutes unless your PC is very slow, but let me know if it's taking much longer!

I did the packcheck and i logged in with the quest item already with me. However, after going to the next difficulty, i found the client crashing again trying to pick up the medicine chest. Going to use the packcheck again...
