Spirit Flask - ES tank focused Flask that doesn't replace health

Spirit Flask - Using this flask instantly begins Energy Shield recharge. For the remaining duration of the flask, ES recharge delay is 75% less (multiplicative to whatever it is after additive bonuses)

uses 20 out of 40 charges per use

Essentially, you begin recharging as normal (i.e. it gets stopped if you get hit afterwards), but you also get a massively decreased delay time if you get hit during the flask effect. This encourages the same sort of in-and-out gameplay ES tankers experience now but speeds up your ability to re-enter a fight. This is especially critical in racing environments and for moving quickly as an ES tanker in general. It also doesn't replace or replicate the existing health potions and keeps ES as a distinctly different tanking type.


This flask would be offered as a reward flask from Nessa during the Medicine Chest quest, and subsequently drop with the same rarity as a quicksilver flask (i.e. it does not replace health or mana flask drops)

The "fix" to the passive tree placing the ES nodes behind the CI node was silly anyways.

CI used to have +ES. Now it does again, only 5 levels after you take the keystone initially.

To clarify, per the thread title, I'm trying to find a way to massively differentiate between ES tanking and health tanking. "LOL MORE SHIELD" is not different :P
