Upgrading Supporter Packs

I read and watched videos about this supporter pack upgrade feature and I have purchased several point packs and supporter packs in the past but I have no upgrade options whatsoever for them. Is this normal or can I truly not use any of them to upgrade towards getting a new supporter pack?

Hey there, I'm going to quote the note regarding this found on our Shop page at https://www.pathofexile.com/purchase "You can upgrade from one of these Supporter Packs to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the desired pack. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since the release of Legion. The maximum amount that upgrades can contribute is 80% of the value of a pack. Note that the Core and Legion packs are in different series, so you can't upgrade from one of those to the other type."
