1h + Shield Melee - just a small suggestion.
Simply put the global attack damage modifier and physical damage modifiers into one mod and give it same ranges per tier than Spell Damage modifiers have on shields. and also you could add Increased Critical Strike with Attacks into evasion and/or armour shields instead of one of the other attack damage modifiers.
