Use 1 weapon skin for both weapon slots while dual wielding

When you're dual wielding and you have only 1 weapon skin, only 1 of your weapons will get the cosmetic application while the other gets nothing. It's such a shame to buy 2 weapon skins if you're dual wielding considering that MTX in this game is a bit pricey.
Meanwhile, weapon effects (ex. Blood Knight weapon effect, Assassin weapon effect, etc.) get applied to BOTH weapons even if you only have 1 of them.

I think there should be an option to dual wield a weapon skin (when of course you're dual wielding).
