HCSSF Legion Hard Mode/Banned Skills

Hi everyone, this will be fresh league-start for a 'hard mode' of SSFHC.Apart from the normal mods, there are a few rules I'll put in place to make sure everyone can play competitively with non-meta skills.

Banned Skills:
Cyclone
Essence Drain
Earthquake
Bladestorm

Banned Ascendancies:
Slayer
Trickster
Gladiator
Juggernaut
Berserker

The purpose for these bans is to hopefully create some diversity not seen in normal leagues. The skills account for 56% of all characters (poe.ninja) and the ascendancies account for 72%. By banning these options, players will feel less obligated to choose either of these options simply because of their strengths.
