How to combine Timless Splinter?

Anyone can tell me pls how to combine the new timeless splinter?

I have a stack of 100 of each one but cant combine them to a Emblem to run them.

When I try to vendor all 100 I would get 20 Wisdom Scrolls.

And nothing else worked too so far.

And a 2nd question....what happens if I put more emblems at once into the device? ....Can I do all bosses at once f.e. this way to unlock the 5 link map device faster?

Put the 100 stack into your bags, take one out. Stack it back in the pile and it should combine.
