Minium Endurance Charges missing

I got the +1 to minimum endurance charge enchant on both ring.
Every time I enter a new zone I'm missing the endurance charges. The buff icon, visual effect and stats in the character screen are missing.
If I reequip one of the rings, I get the charges and their effects back.
Kinda annoying bug, to reequip one of your items each map.

I don't know if this is a know issue, never used minimum charges before.

having same issue, character is using the "disciple of the unyielding" passive that gives a +1 minimum endurance charge. my character is missing the buff icon/ visual effect/ and stats of the endurance charge, its just not there.


unspeccing and re applying the point brings it back but if i change zone it will dissapear and not come back again

This +1 minimum Enduracnce Charges craft does not work at all too :(
