The point in obtaining a beta key is to help the team playtest the game. To find issues, bugs, balance tweaks and to provide feedback. Of course, having fun while doing it is also a huge draw.

w8 im confuse cuz imma going to donate 10 bucks for the beta keys 0.O but at the same time I am wondering if the character gonna get wipe

You got your answer.
It's still a beta test... all characters are subject to being wiped at any time, and they will certainly be wiped at release. Although I've been gathering from reading these forums that the PoE team, rather than performing a complete character wipe when they update the game as in most betas, saves old characters in a vault so you may at least be able to retrieve some items from them. Haven't seen how that works myself :) And don't know if it applies to the final wipe at release. Regardless, the POINT of paying to play early... would be for the fun of playing, and to help test, and to support the devs financially. Not for getting to level early :p If you regard character progress as the only motivation for playing, you should probably save your money and wait for release. Whatever you purchase from the cash shop will carry over after the final closed beta wipe.
It's essential that closed beta characters be wiped before open beta starts, so everyone begins on a level playing field. Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.
