Preserving Save Game For Reinstall of PoE on PS4 PS Network?

I am considering needing to uninstall and reinstall PoE on my PS4 from the PS Network Store. If I do so how is my save game Standard level 13 Witch save game preserved and how to I reconnect to it?

Also, it looks like only Support Packs can be added to the PS4 PoE?
