Locked out... What gives?

So I've been getting locked out these past few days due to the fact that I have a Dynamic IP address. So I have been going to my email to unlock my account and it all works out. No problem.

Except today when i log in I am locked out again. I click to send the unlock email and get nothing. I logged in on the PoE webpage to make sure my email is unchanged and its fine.

What's going on? Any ideas?

i'm in the same situation, not recieving my unlock email.
perhaps the servers are busy?

first time i've run into an account lock today, requested unlock e-mail several times and still nothing.

edit: e-mails were going to my spam folder.

my spam folder is empty, so no luck for me.
i cant even send them emails, it says server too busy
