Frequent ping spikes after Cyclone update?

Before the patch my ping was a consistent ~100-150 at almost all times, now after the 2 patches today my ping spikes up to 600-900 every few seconds which makes playing at all fairly unenjoyable.

Is this just me? Something affecting more people? Anything I can possibly do to fix this?
