Stuck on "checking resources" after crash..

I downloaded the patch, got back in the game, i got an error while loading a zone, for some odd reason my computer crashed, tried to load the game, got stuck on checking resources..
Sooo.. i did a packrun, or w/e its called, still nothing... stuck on checking sources.

anyone else having this issue?
