How to craft a Sai like this?....

I want to craft a Sai Elder Dagger like this:


Sai Dagger Elder (6% chance to block attack damage)

P - Adds 30 to 52 Chaos Damage to Spells
S - Can have multiple Crafted Modifiers
S - (6–7)% chance to deal Double Damage
P - +(17–20)% to Non-Ailment Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier
P - (45–52)% increased Chaos Damage
Chaos Skills have (11–12)% increased Skill Effect Duration
S - Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill

How to do it my friends?... Thanks in advance...

Alt & Aug your dagger base until you got the roll you want, then regal it.

Afterwards use annulment orbs to remove all mods but the one you really want.

Next step is completing the Pale Council prophecies to unlock multi modding crafting.

Now you can craft all you want on this dagger - if you have unlocked the recipes already.
