You have low dexterity, so skipping Resolute Technique might be a bad idea. If you really want to go for critical strike build, better grab more dexterity/accuracy nodes. Another benefit of dexterity would be increased armor via IR(Grace and with low possibility some hybrid/evasion gear). Something like this could work I suppose(this is just a draft ofc, to give an idea, I never built critical for mace so I'm new to this as well..):

On another note, if you dont have survivability problems(rarely is the case), you can skip Endurance Charges.
