I can't claim my mai twitch prime loot

I already claimed the april loot, but i can't claim the may loot. I have twitch prime since ~ 5 years. please help

same, followed all the steps listed in the guide. even relogged all of my accounts, still nothing. twitch prime loot still says "learn more" instead of claim.

It doesn't work for me. I ment the may loot, not the april loot. I tried to fix it with ur tutorial, but it does nothing.. I,m using google chrome and the "may loot" window isn't a hyperlink, it's only a picture, thats why i can't claim it.
