[SOLVED!] Path of Exile will never open in Windows 10 Pro

After hours and hours searching solution to get the game working I´m giving up.

All posts related to Poe nost starting in Windows 10, there is no fix, no clue what to really to do.

There is no STEP-BY-TEP guide to solve this and honestly, I think it will never be.

Solution that worked for me:

Well, finally could fix installing 'clean" Windows 10 from Microsoft site (of course using my legal license key in the process).

My Pc Specs:
Laptop Lenovo L440
12GB RAM
~500GB HD
Intel Graphics 4600
Windows 10 Pro

Step-by-step

1) Backup my files (pendrive/external drive, etc)

2) Retrieve my installed Windows license (How-to >https://www.howtogeek.com/206329/how-to-find-your-lost-windows-or-office-product-keys/ )

3) Download microsoft iso maker tool (https://www.microsoft.com/pt-br/software-download/windows10)

4) Burn generated iso to dvd (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install-winpc/how-to-prepare-bootable-install-media-for-windows/442447c3-0826-4473-a5b7-36568d20ef9d

5) Check how to access your PC/Laptop Boot Options (depends on you pc model)

6) Set your computer to boot dvd drive first

7) When ready, put your windows iso dvd into DVD drive and restart pc.

8) Install Windows (https://www.wikihow.com/Install-Windows-10)

9) After windows installation, THIS IS IMPORTANT, go to Settings > Updates > Download and install all updates available (Here maybe you will need to restart pc a view times)

10) Right-click My PC>Properties then click Device Manager

11) In device Manager update Video and sound (Ex. Right-click video>update video drivers). I updated ONLY THRU WINDOWS. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY DRIVER!

12) after all updates, download poe, install and have fun!!! It will work without any problem!!

There isn't a guide to "fix" this because it isn't a problem with the game or even with Win10 specifically, it's something specific to your PC, there are hundreds of thousands of people that play the game and more than a few have Win10 pro and are able to play just fine.

Though tbh, with the way Win10 has been having major problems with patches i wouldn't be surprised if they managed to bork something.
