i use poison with blade flurry.
i have bonus from Witchfire Brew flask(give to me lvl 21 despair aura)and i choose for life leech. Gear:

Your weapon is crap for any poison based build.
Poison damage is based on physical and chaos damage. more on the wiki: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Poison You need fast weapon with high physical (chaos) damage.
