Account Name Change possible for this website? doesn't match in game.

My current (Primary) account name that I log on with from Steam does not match my PoE in-game name, and I would like to know, how can I merge my alternate account name to have it on this one? If it requires having the alternate account deleted, I will do anything necessary to have it done right. Is someone able to help guide me in the right direction? Thank you!

Best course of action is to speak with Support (support@grindinggear.com). Only they can tell you whether that's possible and help you if positive.

Yeah I keep doing that, but the response email is always "Unfortunately we are unable to offer technical support currently, due to limited staff resources. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause".
never had a single support email I've sent get dealt with or any guidance what so ever. |

That's odd... can you please confirm whether you sent to support@grindinggear.com or techsupport@grindinggear.com? AFAIK that reply usually come from techsupport when they have their hands full.
