3.7: Make Cyclone count for things that trigger on movement
At the moment, things that trigger on movement, like Abberath's Hooves, Bubonic Trail and stuff like that, do not trigger while moving with Cyclone.
I don't think that we're flying or spinning on our heads and it would only make sense if skills like those granted by those boots and such would trigger while spinning with Cyclone! So, please consider this. I strongly doubt that this would be unbalanced or anything anyway and it would actually help the changes to melee with 3.7.. and as I said, it only makes sense anyway. Correction: Cyclone already counts as movement, beause your position is changing. What it doesn't count as is walking. You'll not that both AH and BT have "while you run/walk" and "step" in their wording.
Most likely, the trigger for those effects comes directly from the characer's running animation. Since Cyclone plays a different animation, those triggers are absent. Of course, if we want to follow common sense, then yes, you're still taking steps while Cycloning, so the triggers should be there, but according to common sense, "more" and "increased" mean the same thing. |

" Well, yeah, that's true.. Anyway, there ARE movement skills that count for the running/walking, so in my opinion it would make sense for Cyclone, because you're still running/walking while spinning very fast.. Buuuut as you said.. common sense and stuff.. At least one could dream, right? |
