this problem is repeated and i can,t paly games

check your windows logs and post if there is anything from PoE there, check the client.txt file and post info from here when it happens, a DXDiag and detailed info about your PC and OS.

Also state if you are using PC version (Steam or stand-alone client) or console.

Did you already try the packcheck command ?
