Do i need to have a skill with CWDT on skill bar for it to activate?

Hi i was just wondering if on ps4 you needed to have a skill with CWDT on skill bar for it to proct?

no...as long as the skill is linked with CwDT.it will trigger if you have it on the skill bar or not.

nope, don't need it on the bar at all, this is true for all releases.
