single player?

It's probably mentioned somewhere in the FAQ or About, but can you play single-player?

From what I've experienced, a mass of the content is solo-able o.o

It's an online-only game, as the FAQ states. If you don't want to party with other people you don't have to - that's akin to creating your own game in D2 and locking it with a password.

From the trial weekend, you can play it as a single player game if you wish. Whenever you go out in to the 'world' it's instanced for your (or your party, if you are in one.)

Other people can only see you in towns, and you can only see people in towns. I think it adds a neat twist. Easier to get into a group if you need help on a specific quest or something to.
