Soulwrest, absolutely absurd...

I'm sorry PoE team, but I have to give you some brutal feedback. Since alpha, I have been a summoner. I love where they are now and we have a lot of options.

Soulwrest is one of those options but for some reason, it is now MORE RARE than a Kaoms heart.

Last league, I gambled ONLY ezomyte staves on SSFHC and never received one. Used over 300 chance orbs... YET I found a kaoms heart as a drop.

Synthesis league, (SSFHC) I am chancing every ezomyte staff that drops, still nothing.


Out of curiousity, I checked the hardcore smythesis auction house and there were SEVEN soulwrests for trade but there were 15+ kaoms hearts........



This is absurd. Kaoms heart is a game changer whereas a soulwrest is just a fun summoner staff. I will still get one shot wearing a soulwrest but I won't be one shot wearing a kaoms heart. PLEASE change this... Make the staff less rare and/or add a divination card that we can farm.

Im also brutal honest to you now, raserei.
To me this sounds like a casual "my beloved build got hit by some kind of nerf", in your case the rarity of an item you like to use.
Dont you think that none other item has undergone rarity changes? Did you also consider, that this staff is maybe just more wanted and thosewise also more rare, because they get sold very fast, because they get played more than kaoms?
Just some ideas, idk the market for these atm.
Also theres a div card for kaoms, like you already mentioned, soulwrest is kinda new and over poe history it always took some leagues to get div cards for new items if they ever come.

And can you explain me why a kaoms is a "game changer" while soulwrest is not?
This kind of comparison feels off, because youre comparing a flat life chest with no sockets in a caster league with a 7L powerful summoner staff....

So pls dont be offended, i can feel you, but i think, like at the beginning of my reply, that youre just salty about the fact that you need to pay more than you hoped for for the item you want.

/edit: found the perfect solution for you, just use the uber powerful summoner kaoms heart chest with a normal 6L staff with block on it, from your view of comparison that must be uber sick ;P

I have never, ever chanced a unique item in PoE. And I play since the beginning.
I mean - from the feeling itself, the chance to chance (TM) seem to be more like 1:1000 than 1:100-ish

WTF it cost 90-100c in HC why are you complaining just buy one, Kaom cost the double, 260 chaos min.
It s not rare it s just people use it a lot.

As for chancing one, Well rng is rng.

I don't like changes GGG made to unique drop rates for sure. I quit last league because I decided to play Doryani's Fist character and found Inpulsa to be perfect chest for my character. Unfortunatelly price was super high during the whole league as was for other possible upgrades for my character. Chancing Inpulsa was very naive atempt. In the end I left the game because of frustration that everything was just too unaccessible.

Also I saw sooo many bots! Is this the audiance GGG ballance game for?
In any case I prefer accessibility of the fun rather than hours of work without any results or upgrades.

you already have The Tower to have the chances to get Soulwrest. If you want a card specifically for it, you gotta spend 1k+ to make your own card. Most of the divination card is fan-made
