Sunspire hideout in synthesis reference number 3998048709 right after resetting with helena

Sorry for the mixup. We will be looking to fix your accounts as soon as we can. Please note that there is no "permanent" loss to your account; All your unlocked hideouts and placed decorations are still saved and intact. The bug only made the game forget *which* Hideout you had set as your active one.
In the meantime, you can work around this issue yourselves: you just need to talk to Helena in the Act 2 town and select "Create Hideout". This will set your Hideout to the the Lush Hideout and grant access to the Select Hideout menu. You can then talk to Helena again and choose whichever Hideout you prefer. Your old decorations and such will be preserved. Sorry again for the confusion. Code warrior

This also happened to me with the sunspire hideout. The workaround helped though.
