cant access hideout... wtf?

took a shower, came back, can no longer get into my hideout.. did the quest again like it tells me.. Still cannot enter a hideout..... why the hell is this happening?

Same thing here, I have no hideout and can't find Helena anywhere.

I was able to get my HO back by going to Act 2 and talking to Helena. Got the mission to clear the dread thicket, completed it and have a HO again.

Same issue. Had to go back and do that quest to get into my hideout.

I seem to have this issue after patches. Have to go back to Helena and recreate my hideout.

To earn a personal hideout complete a certain quest for Helena in Act 2.
WTF ? yesterday it was OK. |

Logged in, could access my hideout fine. Went to blood aqueduct to get the last Humility I needed. Tried to access my hideout from the waypoint but couldn't and hovering my mouse over the button prompted me to talk to Helena in act 2 to get my hideout.
