CI (chaos inoculation) gloomfang interaction 3.6

wanted to use some gloomfang magma orb in my CI build.

But i was reading up on this one and read that if a minion blocks your spell you die (even is you have LGOSH from shaper ring to counteract the damage from gloomfang)

Does anyone know if this has been fixed?
