This thread is complaining about people who got in the same day, or very soon after, they signed up. Were you looking for a thread complaining about something else, or do you actually think it's "most likely" that a player who signed up has forgotten about the game in the same day and have lost all interest?

If you're talking about the timer, neither.
The timer does not send out keys. It activates accounts, putting them directly into the beta, without needing a key to be used.
The activated account is notified of this by both PM and email.
