Endurance Charge duration?

I know that there are 2 nodes which increases the duration by 18%. I wanted to ask if the nodes "increased duration of buffs/debuffs" also applies on the duration?

Nope, they don't. Charges (Endurance or others) don't count as "buffs"; you can only improve Endurance duration with the two Endurance Nodes.

how about the 3 "skill duration" nodes at the right of duelist starting position?
do they affect endurance charge (and also other charges)? | |

they dont have any effect on EC
