Loading Screen Issue Pleas Help when able thank you

Well... when i checked my email to find out about the open beta weekend i finally got to it, to download it. The download when fine once it finished i want to try and launch the client. I sits for about minute then gives an error message saying loading screen GUI file is missing? you need the error word for word let me know i hope someone can fix this.
