ES/Evasion Soulrend/Bane trickster with Energy Leech support?

Just looking over at the gems & patch notes, and wondering if it's possible to do a build like that or if someone is already working on it?

I don't know where to start, to be frank, but the concept of it sounds incredibly powerful.

Thoughts?
