[Dominating Blow] Wrong tooltip hook on killing blow

Full context :
Gone alt tab for a while, on login screen (allows me to get back quickly in game without the wait of the Client.exe full startup time), i got back to my Marauder, go Sarn, Sewers, got rid of the nasty organic wall (after gemling queen quest), going to Aqueduct, and i notice that my Dominating killing blows put my XP status.
